Featured (French) community event
Longevity Montréal is happy to spotlight a conference presented by one of our members, Karine Seigneurie, naturopath.
Through her practice, writing, and educational outreach, Karine explores topics tied to digestive health, hormones, skin, and broader well-being, with a visible interest in menopause and women’s health.
Her recent work includes content on the gut microbiome as well as participation in Pause Méno, a podcast aimed at demystifying menopause.
On Monday, April 20, from 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM, she will be offering a French-language talk titled “Microbiote intestinal : digestion, sommeil, humeur, immunité, énergie...” at clinique OSTEOPLUS, 4247 Rue Saint-André, Montréal.
The session will focus on how the gut microbiome influences digestion, sleep, mood, immunity, and everyday energy, with an emphasis on practical, accessible takeaways.
For members interested in a more holistic view of health, this looks like a lovely opportunity to learn, connect, and support one of our own.
