Description
Hosted by Longevity Montréal
Saturday, May 10th | 10:30 AM | Mont-Royal
This Saturday, we’re still going ahead with our hike, but it’s looking like it might be a bit wetter and chillier than usual. If you're still down to move, connect, and breathe in the fresh mountain air, we’d love to see you there.
We'll meet at 10:30 am at the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument and hike up together at a relaxed, social pace. No pressure, no expectations—just good company and a shared walk up the mountain.
The weather is calling for light showers, cooler temps (around 10–16°C), and some wind, so please dress appropriately:
- Wear a water-resistant jacket or bring a light rain layer
- Consider a hat or hood, especially for wind
- Shoes with good grip are recommended
- Layers are better than bulk—especially for variable weather
If it feels right for you to come, we’ll be there.
What to know
• Round-trip hike, suitable for most fitness levels
• Slight rain and wind expected, plan gear accordingly
• Bring water and something warm
• Open to all—come solo or with friends
• No expectations, just community
